What forms of payment are accepted?

What is your delivery time?
Delivery times do vary but most products ship within 3-5 business days. Some of our products are hand made and or painted at the time your order is placed. Please 2- 3 weeks for these items to ship and also allow 4-5 days for shipping. We will make ever effort to get your item to you by the time it is needed. All we ask is that you please make us aware of this date needed by. If you need your item immediately please contact us before checking out and we will add a rush shipping fee to your order.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
We offer a 14 day return policy on merchandise that was not especially made for you. Due to the nature of our business and the unique, boutique products that we carry, many of our items are "especially made for you" upon order. Items that are "especially made for you" include any custom or personalized clothing, bedding or art. Due to the nature of these items, we are unable to provide a refund or store credit.
If by chance you are not completely satisfied with an item that was not "especially made for you", simply email us at sales@kateyjadesbabyboutique.com within 10 days of receipt to receive your RMA number. Once we receive your return, you will be issued a refund minus any shipping costs. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping costs we incurred will be deducted from your refund. All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any returns received beyond the 14 day period will not be accepted for refund or store credit.
Do I have to provide custom measurements for certain items?
No, you can provide us with the standard size needed. Ex. 12 months, 2T, 4T
However, our designers do perfer you provide custom measurements on items "especially made for you" to insure you get the perfect fit.
